Lance was a graduate of Springboro High School, Class of 2010, he enjoyed soccer, baseball, and golfing.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Darrell Patrick in 2014, his great-grandfather, Earl Collins; his grandmother, Margie Lakes; and his cousin, Jackson Tabor in 2023. Lance is survived by his mother, Leslie McIntosh; his grandmother, Deborah Patrick; his brother, David Lee McIntosh; his aunts, Angie Bush, Amy Tabor, Ginger Woolery, Pam Collins, Emmy Schmidt; his uncle, Cody Heflin; his great-aunt, Sheila Craig; his girlfriend, Camryn Olivia Cooke; and many cousins and friends.
Funeral Services are 1pm Monday June 22, 2026 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH 45005. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
