Lavonne Howard, age 75 of Middletown, passed away Saturday evening, October 12, 2013 at her home. She was born March 5, 1938 in Red Lion, Ohio the daughter of Herbert Smith and Catherine Hirschbach Smith. She was a member of the Towne Boulevard Church of God.
Lavonne is survived by a daughter, Lisa K. Walton; three sons, Clifford D. wife, Kim Howard, Jr., Eric Wayne wife, Laura Howard, and Chet Ray Howard; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and three sisters, Dorothy Culbertson, Norma Leight, and Janice husband, Ken Woleab. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Clifford Howard, Sr..
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM today, Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Woodside Cemetery Section 22 with Ken Woleab officiating.
