Lisa Ann Chalk, age 51, of Dayton, Ohio, died Wednesday November 11, 2015. She was born in Coldwater, Michigan on September 11, 1964 to Charles and Elizabeth (Wild) Lumbirt. She was preceded in death by her Father, Charles Lumbirt. Lisa is survived by her three children, Zach Chalk, Matthew Chalk, and Lauren Chalk; her mother Elizabeth Eiker; ex-husband, Daniel Chalk; sister, Laura Unland; brother, Eric Lumbirt. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1pm Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church with Reverend Tom Shearer celebrant. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
