

Loretta Chamberlain, 91, of Trenton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 28, 2013. She was born on January 14, 1922 to Mary and Curtis Powell. She was known as "Mammaw" to everyone who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Bryant of Trenton, one grandson, Ethan Kim Bryant and two granddaughters, Emily Michael Tilton and Erin James Durbin. She loved her six great grandchildren with all her heart, Isabel Jackson, Caleb Durbin, Brayden and Kennedy Kathleen Bryant and Gracie and Adam Tilton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Harold Sorrell and her second husband, James Chamberlain, one daughter, Joetta Chamberlain, six brothers, Charles, David, Henry, James, Robert and Richard and five sisters, Fanny, Pearl, Nervesta, Hazel and Mary Helen. She was a loved member of the Amanda United Methodist Church and the Amanda United Methodist Women. She was a member of Prosser Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Moose Lodge of Trenton and the V.F.W. of Overpeck. We would like to thank the staff at Mt. Pleasant Nursing Home who became her extended family and loved her as we did. We would also like to thank the staff at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties for their compassion and caring in her brief stay. She enjoyed life and her family was her life. She will always be with us and her love will always surround us. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Pastor Marti Pepitone officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
