Margot van Nes Hall, age 81, passed away peacefully January 10, 2022 at her residence in Franklin, OH. Margot was born on June 25, 1940 in Roanoke, Virginia to Hans van Nes and Suzanne Elizabeth Hall(Shank). She is survived by 3 children, Vanessa & Donald McCall and David & Lesa Alsobrook and Syd & Heather Alsobrook, sister Mary Seldon Tibbitts(Hall), predeceased by brother, Hans “Bo” van Nes Hall Jr. and her parents. She had 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Margot was an wonderful mother, grandmother and friend to anyone who knew her. She loved to play Canasta and MahJong. Was an avid artist and story teller. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She lead an adventurous life of postmistress, Glendale Ohio; race car driver and President Cincinnati Region, Sports Car Club of America; SCUBA Instructor; American Red Cross Disaster Services; and Police Officer as a dispatcher in Middletown, Ohio and an Elder Services Officer in Lafayette, Louisiana A celebration of life will be held on her birthday June 25, 2022 at Noon Warren County Armco Park Shelter 21, 1223 OH-741, Lebanon, OH 45036.
