Marjorie Isabelle Smith

Marjorie Isabelle Smith, age 94, of Springboro, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday August 12, 2016, at Bickford of Middletown. She was born in Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, on February 28, 1922, to Edward and Ava (Whereatt) Anthony. Marjorie was a member of Franklin Baptist and a founding member of Tomah Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years and was the church pianist. She was employed with Tomah City Schools for 36 years and retired in 1984. She was preceded in death by her husband Conant Walden Smith; brother, Robert Anthony, brother, Duane Anthony, and daughter-in-law, Janice Smith. Marjorie is survived by son, Jerry (Linda) Smith; daughter, Kathy J. (George) Barton; and sister Elaine Neustadter; 28 grandchildren; and 38 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Lois Smith and Joanne Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 5-7pm at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, OH with a Funeral Service to follow at 7pm. Pastor Ethan Daves and Pastor Jonathan Smith officiating. A Graveside Service will be at Camp Douglas Village Cemetery in WI at 11am Friday, August 19, 2016..
