Mary Edith Beckner

Beckner, Mary Edith, 91, of Springboro, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 at Sycamore Medical Center. She was preceded in death by Grayson R. Beckner, son Grayson (Chuck) Beckner Jr. and grandson Donald Ray (Donnie) Stuart. She is survived by her son, Steven Beckner; daughter Bonnie (Mark) Stuart; daughter Annette (fiancé Dave) Breen. Eleven grandchildren; Brad (Cathy) Beckner, John (Jessica) Beckner, Jim (Allison) Beckner, Melissa (Wayne) Tigue, Jill (Michael) Bronson, James (Sarah) Breen, Jacob Breen (Alyssa Altenhofen), Joe Breen (George Schein), Michelle and Justin Breen. Daughter-in-laws Joan Beckner and Karen Beckner. She has thirteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary retired from DP&L after 20 years of employment.

Funeral service will be Friday, 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North Main St, Springboro. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home . Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Portsmouth, Ohio . Please visit www.anderson-fh.com to send an online condolence.
