Mary L. Pennington

Mary L. Pennington, age 93, Franklin, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Hillspring Health Care Center. Mary was born in Big Hill, Kentucky on June 8, 1925 to the late Green and Mamie Powell.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charley Pennington; four sisters, Myrtle (Dee) Turner, Marie Brewer, Gladys (Herbert) Warren, Opal (Dallas) Roberts; two brothers, Albert D Powell and Farris Gene (Odina) Powell.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandara (Ronnie) Trusty; two sons, Darrell (Edwina) Pennington, Charles (Sheila) Pennington; three grandchildren, Aaron (Kiele) Pennington, Whitney (Eric) Harden, Ron Jr. (Tiffany) Trusty; six great grandchildren, Aukai, Kili and Kekoa Pennington, Reagan, Brooke and Noah Harden and brother in law, Lloyd Brewer.

Funeral services are Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Solid Rock Church, 903 Union Road Monroe, Ohio with Pastor Darlene Bishop and Pastor James A. Setser officiating. Visitation will be held prior to service Saturday from 11:00 am-2:00 pm at the church.
