Peggy J. Fields

Peggy J. Fields, age 78, of Dayton, Ohio, died Monday August 20, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born in Lynch, Kentucky on July 22, 1940 to Hiram and Polly (Cornett) Fields. Peggy was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Carlisle. She was employed with Kentucky Utilities for many years and retired in 1997. She was preceded in death by her sister, Glenna Rose Stewart, father, Hiram Fields, mother, Polly Ann Fields, half sister, Ava Van Horn. Peggy is survived by eight special friends, Karen (Darvin) Green, Ruth Ann (Glen) Gillespie, Cindy (Bill) Orsborne, and Dr. Charles (Katherine) Wadlington. Funeral services are 11:00 am Thursday August 23, 2018 at Hillcrest Baptist Church 820 Central Avenue Carlisle, Ohio with Reverend Larry Lambes officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
