Phillip Dale Morrison, age 64, of Middletown, Ohio, died Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio, on July 13, 1954 to Clyde and Verna Morrison (Barker). He was preceded in death by his parents, grandaughter, Tia Renee, sisters, Beatrice and Barbara, brothers, Rodney, Gary and Mark. Phillip is survived by daughter, Stephanie McKeehan; son, Troy Dale Morrison; sisters, Fran Cole, Jan (Ed) Fox, his twin Phyllis (James) Snow; brothers, Clyde (Ann) Morrison, Richard (Debbie) Morrison, Donald (Gay) Morrison, Edward (Linda) Morrison; 4 grandchildren, Stephanie Marie Morrison, Devin Lewis, Taylor McKeehan, Maya McKeehan.
