Phyllis is preceded in death by husband, Richard Conrad Chenault and daughter, Rebecca Jean Chenault. She is survived by two daughters Beverly Ann (John) Logan and Jennifer Lynn Miller; son, John F. (Tami) Chenault; grandchildren, Stephanie, Aaron, Andrew, and Cassie; great-grandchildren, Owen, Candice, Claire, Violet, and Henry; and brother, James E. Woodward.
Funeral services are Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street Springboro,OH with Pastor Terry Carlisle officiating. Burial in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm at the funeral home.
