Phyllis was devoted to God and was a dedicated prayer warrior.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her two brothers, Ronald Warnock, Evan Warnock; her two sisters, Delores Spencer and Edith Johnson. She is survived by her two sons, Ronald (Barb) Coldiron, Darrell Coldiron; her sister, Sarah Richards; and her granddaughter, Tash (Josh) Richiron.
Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home Franklin, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, OH 45005, US, on July 19, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm.
Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery, 2348 Lower Springboro Rd, Springboro.
