Raymond Walker Plummer, age 68, of Franklin, Ohio, died Tuesday February 21, 2017 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on September 6, 1948 to Virgil and Betty (Soard) Plummer. Raymond served in the US Navy 1966 to 1969. He was employed with Tech Way Industries as a machine operator. He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Plummer, mother, Betty Plummer. Raymond is survived by wife pf 15 years, Linda Hartsock; two sons, Christopher Plummer, Jason Plummer; two step sons, Charles Smith, Kevin Smith; two step daughters, Jane Swartz, Denisa Rogers; brother, Richard Plummer; four sisters, Lisa Plummer, Edith Bietenduvel, Carol Gridler, Jenny Young; four granddaughters, Mikala Watts, Christy Watts, Aaala Smith, Haley Smith; grandson, Matthew Rogers.
