Raymond "Ray" Earl Travis

Ray loved car racing, caring for his beautiful lawn and summer gardening.

He was an over the road truck driver for 35 years. After retirement he continued his love of lawn maintenance with Springboro Golf Course.

Ray was a veteran of the Korean War and a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge #1645, VFW Post 7596, AMVETS Post OH-120 and American Legion Post #149 and Springboro Eagles Post #4014.

He was a wonderful kind and gentle man and will be greatly missed by many family and friends.

Ray is survived by Cora Reed; his son, Christopher, son, Jeff Travis; foster sisters, Gayle Marble Patterson, Nyla Marble Fifelski; adopted family of Janet Turner, Ruth and Bob Feldkamp; grandchildren, Dylan Turner, Katie and Cassie Feldkamp. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by many siblings.

Visitation for Ray will be Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N Main St, Springboro, OH 45066, followed by the Funeral Service at 3:30 PM with military honors.
