Reese Alfred Stephens

Mr. Stephens was born September 24, 1931 in Fentress County, Tennessee. He was a member of the Centerville Assembly of God Church.

Mr. Stephens is survived by wife, Lula B. Stephens of Springboro; daughters, Patricia Nonte and husband Robert of Clarkrange,TN and Mona Mason and husband Bob of Centerville; one brother, Quentin Stephens of Shirley, TN; one sister, Janice Jones of Jamestown, TN, one sister-in-law Bernie Stephens; grandchildren, Gary Petrey, Nathan and Sara Preston, Hannah and Brandon Dearth; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Aaron and Reagan Dearth, Alexander and Elijah Preston; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Stephens was preceded in death by parents Beaty and Laura Hull Stephens; one brother, Vernell Stephens and nephews, Dr. Frank Jones.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016 at Mundy Funeral Home, 229 S. Main St., Jamestown, TN, with Pastor Buddy Edwards, officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Springs Chapel Cemetery, Jamestown, TN.
