Richard D. Lee

Richard D. Lee, age 76, of Springboro, OH, died Sunday June 10, 2018 at his home. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 5, 1942 to Edward and Gertrude (Boudreau) Lee. Dick served in the Army and was employed with AK Steel, later with Marubeni Steel, as Vice President of Sales and most recently with Anderson Funeral Home. Dick was active in several local charitable organizations including the Franklin Food Pantry, NAMI, Compeer and in his church by visiting shut-ins and serving in various capacities. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, LeeAnn Parsons Lee, his children, Gregory Lee, Kristen (Keith) Arens and Stephen (Kelly) Lee, 9 grandchildren, Joshua, Abbey, Mesa, Owen, Hannah, Ethan, Jacob, Isaac and Vivian, also siblings, Sharon (Mike) McClone and Douglas Lee. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm at the Franklin First United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 11:00 am until time of service.
