Robert L. Apple, age 87 of Monroe, died January 28, 2013 at his home. He was born June 15, 1925 in Middletown, the son of Arthur Apple and Bernice Sigg Apple. He was an Army veteran of WWII and worked for the U.S. Post Office.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 30, privately at the convenience of the family. Burial with military honors was at Mound Cemetery in Monroe.
