

He was born March 3rd, 1959, to Evangeline Shutts and Garland Heinz. He was lovingly adopted at 3 days old by Bob & Patsy Cain.
Mike was an Eagle Scout and graduate of Franklin High School class of 1977.
He loved Nascar, camping, hats and his family. If you were loved by Mike, you were loved fiercely! He was best known for his love of music and his bass. He was fortunate to play in several awesome
bands in his career.
He is survived by his heart-broken wife, Deb, sons Matt(Rose) of Springfield, Michael(Casey) of Carlisle, bonus son Mark White at home and brother David(Lynn) of Poplar, WI.
Mike was blessed with 11 grandchildren:Brooke, Madyson, Braxton, Remi, Kennedy, Karter, Kohl, Kaleb, Keerah, Kalee and Keagin.
Mike had found his biological sisters and brothers and was accepted with open arms. He was also known as Papaw and Uncle Papaw to many more! He loved his dog, Harley. He was fortunate to have 2 best friends Mark Roy of Miamisburg and Steve Johnson (Bronson, Ky). He could make a friend in a heartbeat and had
a host of many others.

Friends and family may call on the family Friday, July 17, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on 2nd Street in Franklin from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. A memorial service will follow this visitation period. Lead by Pastor Charles Simmons and Pastor Tony Simmons. A light luncheon will be served at the church following the service.
