Robert Lee Scott, age 69, of Middletown, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014. He was born June 2, 1945 in Coshocton, Ohio, the son of George Russell Scott and Anna Lucille Porter Scott, and later raised by Bernard and Mary Mechling. Robert is survived by one son, Joshua Becky Scott; one grandson, Iverson; three granddaughters, Peyton, Madden, Grayson; one stepdaughter, Jeri Lynn Barth; two sisters, Phyllis Barry Ingram, Ellen Jamison; two brothers, Michael Mechling, Howard Nancy Scott; and his ex-wife, Carolyn Gray. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Lela Florence, Ruth Mahon, Marilyn Minor; and one brother, William Scott. Memorial services will be Sunday 12:00 noon at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton.
