Ronald E. Isaacs, age 70, of Franklin, Ohio, died Friday January 20, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on October 6, 1946 to Ronald and Betty (Ingram) Isaacs. Ronald served in the US Air Force from 1966 to 1968. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Eugene Isaacs, Sr.. Ronald is survived by his wife of 47 years, Shirley J.
