Rosa Lee Taulbee 78, Of Franklin passed away October 4, 2021 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born June 14, 1943 in Wolfe County, KY the daughter of Chester and Lilly Mae (Ratliff) Stamper. Rosa worked in factory jobs for several area companies over several years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Emerson, daughters, Margie, Marilyn Lynn Taulbee and a son, Scottie Taulbee.

Rosa is survived by her children, Ronnie, Emerson Lee “ Junior”, and Douglas Andrew Taulbee and 20 grandchildren (including Kristy and Percillia’s children). Also a sister Anette Lawson and her brother, Scott Stamper.

Funeral services will be Thursday October 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Solid Rock Church, 903 Union Road, Lebanon, OH 45036. Visitation will be Wednesday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
