Roxanne Ruth Cotton

Roxanne Ruth Cotton, age 70, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Roxanne was born in Bellefontaine, OH on August 8, 1954 to the late Robert and Norma (Coverstone) Dill.

Roxanne was employed with the Bellefontaine Public Library, was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ, enjoyed antiques , collectibles, boating, riding motorcycles, bowling, crossword puzzles, and was an avid reader. She enjoyed traveling to Europe, England, Germany, Hawaii and went to every state except Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dominick Purvis. Roxanne is survived by her husband, William Cotton; her children, John Huffman, Tarra Kile, Travis (Crystal) Cotton, Nathan Cotton, James (Kristin) Huffman, Michael (Elika) Cotton; her grandchildren, Jonas Huffman, Dustin Huffman, Kyle Cotton, Ryan Cotton, Anna Kile, Elizabeth Cotton, William Kile, Dylan Cotton, Grace Kirkwood, Makayla Kirkwood, Shelby Stare, Logan Stare; Marianne Cotton on the way; her siblings, Gloria Rose, Robert (Lindas ) Dill, Steve Dill; Tracy Dill, Darci (Steve) Newman; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services are 1pm Wednesday November 6, 2024 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger officiting. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
