Ruth Ann is also preceded in death by her brothers; Rob and Jack Miller.
She is survived by her son; Jason (Rhonda) Powell of Somerville, OH, her three daughters; Katie (Randy) Reed, Morgan Brewer, and Skylar Brewer all of Carlisle, OH, her seven grandchildren; Jericho, AJ, Harlan, London, Emerson, Everly and Harper, one brother; Tony (Judy) Lainhart, and one sister; Anita (Shane) Jones. She is also survived by a special aunt; Ethel (Willie) Lewis, cousin; Bonnie Hollon, and friend; Sherry Roberts.
Private services are being held at the convenience of the family.
