She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Janice Pelfrey, Ruby Hughes, and Gene Brooks.
Sara is survived by her two sisters, Lee Neal (Martin) and Patricia Barnes (Robert). She will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The funeral service will be Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home (Franklin). Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. www.anderson-fh.com
