Sharon Brown, age 72, a resident of Franklin Ohio, passed away on January 4, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on June 26, 1948 to Anna Marbell Gordon Parsons and Theodore Parsons.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Anna Marbell Gordon Parsons and Theodore Parsons, her two brothers Larry Parsons and Gary Parsons and her grandson David Phillips Brown Jr.
She is survived by her two sisters Brenda Collins of Dayton, Ohio and Peggy Vallandingham of Minford, Ohio, her three children, Johanna and (Sarah) Anderson of Monroe Ohio, Christel and (Shawn Watts) of Dayton, Ohio and Christina Brown of Mason Ohio, her two nieces Tracie Keene of Carlisle and Jennifer Keene of Miamisburg, and one nephew Officer Christopher Keene of Carlisle. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Ashlee and (Tony) Lee of Dayton Ohio, Stephanie and (Nick) McGlone of Dayton, Ohio, Michael and (Keifer Furnier) of Dayton, Ohio, Ethan Furnier of Monroe, Ohio and Aubree Anderson of Monroe, Ohio. She has one great granddaughter, Emma Lee of Dayton, Ohio.
Sharon was a homemaker whose life resolved around her three daughters. She was an active participant in her children’s events and activities. She was the neighborhood mom, who would always join in the kids wiffleball and/or kickball games, riding bikes, or just sitting around entertaining everyone with her stories. Sharon loved being outside with her family and friends. When she couldn’t be outside she would be working on her many crossword puzzle books or organizing all her stuffed animals that she loved so much. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
