I had the pleasure to work with Shirley when I subbed for Franklin City Schools back in the late nineties and later. She was a joy to work with along with the rest of the kitchen staff at Hunter. Claudette and Skip. I also graduated with her daughter Beth. To Beth and the rest of the family, you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead. May God surround you with His loving arms and grant you peace and comfort.

No matter how tired she was, if I asked her to fry me a hamburger (because hers were THE BOMB), she’d make me one. She’s in heaven with your Dad happier than she could ever imagine. I have such fond childhood memories of Shirley & Doodle. They were both very special to me growing up. May you rest in peace Shirley Williams.

I'm so glad that I was able to see Aunt Shirley on her 80th birthday and I was able to say my goodbyes yesterday and I found alittle comfort in telling her that her sisters are rejoicing and waiting for her with open arms. I'm going to miss her very much, a good woman and a great mother and a terrific Auntie!

aunt shirley will be truely missed , i have so many memories of her i will cherish. sis, marty and greg she was an amazing mother , friend and a wonderful aunt. she meant alot to me. i will miss her so!!
