When I was a little girl and we lived in Sandwich ILL. Shirley loved those big bridal coloring books, and her and I sat one night coloring. She always talked to me like I was a grown up. I love her so much, I feel like a piece of me is gone. I wonder when the tears will stop flowing. Shirley was a special flower in this life, and the weeds kwen to stay away. Thank God she was my Aunt and she loved me. Marvin, Keith and Chris I love you and my prayers are with you. Katy

I am so sorry to hear about Ms. Shirley's passing. I was a student nurse for her while she was in the hospital before being able to return home. My sympathies go out to her loving family and I hope you find peace in knowing that she is in a better place now.

My Aunt Shirley was one of the greatest, sweetest, caring and loving woman I know. She is now in Heaven having a glorious time and having a wonderful family reunion with the rest of our lost loved ones. Anyone who had the pleasure to have met her would have seen what a precious woman she truly was. Aunt Shirley was like a mom to me and my sister Sheri, we were the daughters she never had. She treated our children like her grandkids, she loved us all. She will never be forgotten and always loved and missed. I Love You Aunt Shirley our lives will never be the same without you.
