I served with Ross in the AOR in 2005. I was a young stubborn Airman at the time and he was a fairly new SSgt who was hell-bent on keeping us in line. I recall one time when he was trying to correct me on an issue and I was insistent he was wrong and I was right. I carried with me until yesterday when I learned of his passing a lot of resentment and anger, even 10 years later. In hindsight, I wish I could have had the opportunity to forgive him, and I only hope he would have forgiven me. RIP SSgt Parsons.
