Steven Aaron Mencsik

Steven Aaron Mencsik, age 63 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Bellbrook Health and Rehab, Bellbrook, Ohio. Born in Dayton, Ohio on November 10, 1961, he was a son to the late Glenn & Judy (Doty) Mencsik. He was a graduate of Franklin High School, class of 1980. Steven enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He will be truly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survived by his wife of 32 years, Janet (Howard) Mencsik, whom he married July 15, 1993: children Amy French; Angie & Bill Brelsford; Chris French & Christy Morningstar; Stephen & Lesley Mencsik; Jennifer French & Tony Turner; David " D.J." & Solange French: siblings Amy & Lynn "Doodle" Lewis; Bill Banks; Becky & Denny Doliboa, 18 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on the family from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2025 at the Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin Ohio, 45005. A funeral will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Kenneth Collins presiding. Burial to follow at Woodhill Cemetery, Franklin, Ohio.
