Sue was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Spivey.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Chris) Helton; two brothers, Jim Salyer, Billy Jay Salyer; four grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Kaleigh, Gavin; four great grandchildren, Jeirh, Sophia, Alex, Braylen; sister, Cathy and niece, Jennifer Smith.
Funeral services are 6:00 pm Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Keith Risner officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm also at the funeral home.
