Tammy will be remembered by her dearest friend pam and her extended family, Lindsay (James) and Jordan; as well as their 6 grandchildren, Riley, Muna, Aurora, Zara, Emyra, Lenox. Tammy had 3 siblings, Kelly, Kippy, and Kevin.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne, and Sandy.
Tammy was a member of the United States Coast Guard, held a black belt in Karate, worked with the MRDD population for most of her life and loved fishing, football, and her dog fluffy.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Thank you to the many nurses, aides, chaplain, and social workers at Hospice of Southwest Ohio for all of the care and support they provided, making her transition peaceful.
