Teri Carol Smith, age 71, of Franklin, Ohio, died Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at her residence. Teri was born in Bath County, Kentucky on June 8, 1942 to Robert and Virginia Kenney. Teri was preceded in death by her parents Robert Paul and Virginia Kenney, her sisters Helen and Mary. Teri is survived by her husband of 36 years Robert James Smith, children Kerry Ellis and Alisa Hart, grandchildren Austin Ellis, Kelly Hart, Andrew Hart, Isaiah Ellis, sister Ivetta Jean Larison, brothers Herschel Kenney, Doug Kenney, David Kenney. Funeral services are 11:00 am Friday September 6, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio with Chaplain John Love officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
