I am saddened by the loss of such a dear friend. He defined the term quot;can do quot; with his attitude, warmth and approach to life in general. He made the world a better place as an outstanding husband, father, leader and friend. Few will ever reach his pedestal in my heart. My condolences to his family, he was loved by many!

My sincere condolences go out to the entire Milakovich family. Iâ€™m deeply saddened as so many others are by the loss of such a remarkable man. Terry was an amazing person and Iâ€™m truly grateful for the friendship that we shared. Over the last 12 years Iâ€™ve heard others described Terry as loyal, devoted, determined, precise, a man of his word, a true leader. Terry my family and I thank you for being a positive impact in our life, for believing in me when I didnâ€™t, providing positive encouragement over the years. You are truly one of a kind. I will miss you dearly.

I am so very sorry for your family's loss. I never formally met Terry, but almost every morning while I was walking the neighborhood he would be relaxing on his front porch and he always had a wave and a smile for me. I will miss seeing him in the mornings.

Just a lil story of how Terry was so giving and heart felt. I didn't have anyone to spend christmas with and Terry offered me to come over and spend the day with him. To my surprise Terry had bought me a cd that i liked. Terry always put a smile on my face and gave me plenty of laughs. Thanks Terry for allowing me to be a part of you life. I will deeply miss you!! Terry, I was very sorry to hear of your passing. I so wish I had the opportunity to speak with you just one more time. I feel honored that I got to work with you several years ago. You were such a nice all around guy! Like many of the others have mentioned in this guest book - you brought happiness to so many people! I have no doubt that you have found the peace that you have been searching for. I know God is loving and merciful. I can imagine Him welcoming you into Heaven. I believe someday we will meet again. Terry has been a part of my family since I can even remember. His contagious smile and laugh accompanied with his enormous heart made him one of the most special people to know. This is a loss to every life he has touched. Terry will be missed forever.

Father In Heaven I ask that You Bless this family and comfort them in this their time of need. I knew Terry and Jeff when we were kids, we all went to Carlson Elementary together. I enjoyed being around both of them. Terry always had a happy spirit about him everytime I would see and talked with him. I just wished we could have kept in touched. It was a pleasure to work and know Terry for 5 years in IT. I work out of the Clopay Nashville site and was saddened to here he had passed away. I felt comfortable working with Terry and seemed to relate well with him probably because we were so close to the same age. Most of the time Terry was a voice over the phone in conferenc calls but he did visit the site in Nashville and I was able to visit him at the Clopay corporate office in Mason. I am deeply sorry for your loss and know that he will be missed by many at Clopay.
