Thomas Riley

Thomas A. Riley, age 83, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Saturday December 7, 2013 at Sycamore Medical Center. Thomas was born in West Union, Ohio on October 22, 1930 to Tom and Viola (Thacher) Riley. Thomas served in the U.S.Marines Corps during the Korean War and was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church in Franklin.Thomas was employed with General Motors for 32 years and retired in 1987. He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Viola Riley, daughter, Marquita Cox, brothers, William Riley, Hubert Riley, Roscoe Riley and Carl Riley, sisters, Emma Grooms, Betty Borders, and Evelyn Riley. Thomas is survived by his wife Peggy Riley, 2 sons Barry Riley and wife Roxanne, Ken Riley; brother Jim Riley; 3 grandsons Brogen Riley, Riley Cox, Jacob Riley; 2 granddaughters Nicole Riley and Courtney Cox. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Saturday December 14, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio with Pastor Vernon Risner officiating. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memorial Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
