He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Frazier.
He is survived by his father, Eric Frazier; fiancé, Karla Giffin; daughter, Danielle Fogle; sister, Angela Raby; brother, Todd Frazier; four grandchildren, Brianna, Brooke, Briell, Jake; two nephews, Alex, Nate and three nieces, Riley, Makayla, Madison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Funeral services are at 12:00 pm also at the funeral home with Pastor Joseph Hall officiating. Burial in Woodside Cemetery.
