Timothy Scott Mullins, age 48, of Franklin, Ohio, died Sunday May 31, 2015. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on July 7, 1966 to Deborah Mullins. Timothy graduated from Franklin High School class of 1985 and served in the U.S. Army in the Gulf War as a cannon crew member. He was employed with USUI Manufacturing for 7 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Brelsford, aunt, Patty Barlow, cousin, Tomarrow Ward. Timothy is survived by his son, T. J. Mullins; grandmother, Betty Baldwin; three brothers, Marshal (Denise) Mullins, Mark (Teresa) Angel, Billy (Angie) Brelsford; sister, Debbie (Jason) Fields; many nieces and cousins, and his dogs. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Friday June 5, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Bob Ledford officiating.
