US Army Veteran, Timothy Alvin White, of Miamisburg, OH passed away peacefully in his sleep early morning on July 31, 2019. He was born on March 2, 1959 into the family of Grover C. White Sr. and Hazel White.
Alvin lived in Miamisburg his whole life where he was involved with baseball both as a coach and umpire. He was a member of the Eagles. Alvin was proud of his service in the Army. He loved his family, his Reds and the Cincinnati Bengals. He loved working with hands and playing golf.
Alvin was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his mother, Hazel White of Miamisburg; three daughters, Tessa Hope (Deon) Sanders, Loretta Marie White and Misty Dawn (Jeremy) Sharritts; grandchildren, Brantley and Gia-Nichole Sanders; brothers, Gary (Betty) White, Larry Joe (Hazel) White, Roger White, Jake (Janice) White, Glyn (Lori) White, Grover "Gomez" C. White, Jr. and Jeffery (Sherri) White; special friend, Sarah Carmack; and a host of numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Alvin was preceded in death by his father, Grover C. White, Sr.; granddaughter, Aaliyah White.
Alvin will be forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 5, 2019 from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second, Franklin, Ohio 45005. A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the funeral home from 10:00 am till 11:00 am with a funeral ceremony immediately following visitation. Burial at Dayton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the family for them to donate to VA Hospital Madison Transplant.
