Tom Phelps

Tom retired from Standard Register after over 40 years. He was a loving husband, father and Poppy who will be dearly missed by his family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Pammie Phelps. Tom will be missed by his loving wife of 58 years, Judy Phelps; daughters, Debbie (Randy) Griffen, Diana (Tim) Drake, Missy (Scott) Regan; grandchildren, Ryan (Mandy) Griffen, Dustin (Courtney) Griffen, Julie (Baron) Bates, Megan (Brandon) Hoskins, Cliff Griffen, Ben (finace Tia Shoemaker) Griffen, Jordan (Amber) Regan, Tyler Regan, Molly Regan, Ryley Regan; great grandchildren, Brenna, Brody, Ethan, Faith, Chloe and Jacob.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Anderson Life Celebration Center, 360 Commerce Dr., Franklin, OH, Monday, July 25, 2016. The eulogy will begin at 5 p.m. with a reception and gathering to follow until 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Tom's memory to Hospice of Butler-Warren County.
