Tony was currently employed with Huhtamaki in Franklin.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Anthony is survived by his two daughters, Brooklyn Milligan and Jaylen Milligan; a son, Talan Milligan; his mother, Linda (Norman) Mobley, brother, Jeff Milligan; and a sister, Angie Willis. He also leaves a nephew, a niece and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral service will be Friday, July 22, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio with Reverend Elmo Johnson officiating.
