Tonya Gail Fugate

Tonya Gail Myers Fugate, age 59, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 with family at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born in Middletown, OH on January 1, 1959 to Bruce Brooks Jr. and Wilma (Tutt) Brooks.

Tonya retired from Smurfit Middletown. She loved her family most of all. She also loved blackjack, riverboats, fishing and camping.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Teri Brooks Viars and brother, Bryan Brooks.

Tonya is survived by her husband , Lewis Fugate; two children, Chas (Cindy) Myers and Sara (Mike) Myers Sharp; two step children, Sara Fugate and Stephanie Myers; grandchildren, Kailyn Myers, Abbey Myers, Raylee Myers, Eli Walker, Mikah Sharp and Jonah Sharp; brothers, Steve Brooks, David Brooks, Randy (Jackie) Brooks; great sister, Sheryl Brooks Ferrell and sisters Katrina Holbrook, Tisha Holbrook; and the father of her children, Charlie Myers.

Graveside services are 2pm, Friday, September 14, 2018 at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
