Valerie S. Baker, age 76, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Monday May 12, 2014 at home. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on February 14, 1938. Valerie was formerly employed with Worthington Plastics. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Baker, mother, Susan (Jackson) Carmody, and father, Clarence Carmody. Valerie is survived by her sons, Rafe (Michelle) Baker, Brad Baker, Tom Baker, Marty Baker, and Brian (Dolores) Baker; also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
