Walter S. Corbin

Walter S. Corbin, age 86, of Middletown, OH, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Atrium Medical Center, Middletown. He was born March 16, 1929 in Bath County, KY to the late Sherman and Rosa Corbin.

Walter retired from ARMCO after 40 years.

Walter was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Eugene and Victor Corbin and sister, Lucille Stacy. Walter will be missed by his loving wife of 65 years, Bonnie Corbin; daughters, Brenda (George) Kiniyalocts and JoAnn (Ed) Lazear; son, W. Kevin (Sherry) Corbin; grandchildren, Lisa (Rich) Lane, G. Simon (Shivonne) Kiniyalocts, Stasha Corbin, Zach Corbin, Justin and John Lazear, and, Brandon Ikenberry; great grandchildren, Braydon, Georgianna, Lillian, Myles Kiniyalocts, Jake, Lela and Emerson Lane, Victoria, DaeLeon, Amarah and Areian; and sister, Opal Selman.

Funeral services are Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Pastor Jerry Minor officiating. Burial in Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at the funeral home and Monday one hour prior to the service.
