Wanda Ann Gross

Wanda Ann Gross, age 78, of Franklin, OH; passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, at Kettering Health Main Campus. She was born October 27, 1947 in Hawkins County, TN to the late Kyle Linds and Laura Ruth (Carpenter) Woods. In 1949, she moved north with her family to Franklin, OH, where she remained for the rest of her life.

Wanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is fondly remembered for her sense of humor, her generous heart, and uniquely strong will. Wanda was also known as a woman of deep faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kyle and Laura Woods; her brother, Clay Woods; and her husband, Bill Gross. Wanda is survived by her son, Gary (Sonja) Gross; her granddaughter, Adriene Gross; her sister, Judy Harp; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, on August 20, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Anderson Funeral Home Franklin, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, OH 45005, on August 21, 2026, at 10:00 am with Pastor Charlie Wagoner officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
