

Wilbur Leroy Peck, son of Asa Cleveland Peck mother Katherine Magdalene Peck (Teckemeyer), 94 of Middletown, Ohio passed from this life into his Heavenly home on October 12, 2015 at 8:55 PM at the VA Hospital Campus.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Alpha Omega Peck (Sizemore), 2 sisters Dorothy Wilder, Stella Marie Atkinson, 5 brothers; Albert Peck, Robert Peck, Earl Peck, Chester Peck and Walter Peck.
He is survived by his son Phillip W. Peck (Kathy), 3 Grandchildren Nicole Vonscheersmidt (Ean), Angi Tague (Kerry), Phil Berry (Sara). 4 Great Grandchildren Evan, Eli, Luke Tague and Cole Tague his loving sister in law Gertie Adams. Sisters Helen Wills, Kathleen Murphy, Mary Armitage, Betty Tutt and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A World War II veteran, serving in the "Battle of the Bulge" winning the Bronze Star, etc. he loved his country and it was his honor to serve.
Retiring from Armco Steel Company after 42 years. This world has certainly lost a precious soul, but Heaven has now welcomed one of their best servants home where there is no more tears, pain or suffering.
Funeral services are Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, with Pastor Dave Bowling officiating. Burial in Woodside Cemetery with full military honors by the American Legion/VFW Combined Honor Guard. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
