Wilford was preceded in his death by his wife, Peggy Bailey, his two sons, Steven Bailey and Danny Bailey, granddaughter, Jo-De Bailey, and his brothers Lawrence Bailey and Donald Bailey.
Wilford is survived by his son, Doug Bailey, his brother Harold Bailey, his grandchildren, Zachary Bailey, Jay-Me (Wyatt) Busekist, Tyler Bailey and a host of family members.
Wilford loved to travel with his wife and he loved his family.
Services will be held privately with the family at Woodside Cemetery, 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown, Ohio 45044.
