William I. Adkins, "Bill", age 80, of Kettering, OH passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born January 26, 1935 in Dayton, OH, the son of the late William and Carolyn (Donisi) Adkins. Bill retired from Delco Products after 26 years. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister. Bill is survived by his wife of 38 years, Lee Adkins; son, James (Cici) Adkins; daughter, Michelle (Terry) Amyx; step-son, Daniel (Joan) Johnson; three granddaughters, Cassandra, Hannah, Danielle; two grandsons, Michael, Brian; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Patrick Adkins; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 10:00 am at Springboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Hospice of Dayton.
