William "Bill" O. Banks

Wm. O. "Bill" Banks, age 86, of Trenton, OH passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015. Bill was born in Middletown, OH on March 1, 1929 to the late Wm. Goebel and Donie (Tester) Banks. Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a past member of Assembly of Jesus Christ Church, Middletown and most recently attended Church of God In Jesus. He retired from Inland Container after 42 years.

Bill will be missed dearly by his loving family and many friends. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, William Gregory Banks and brother, Reed Banks. He will be missed by his wife of 62 years, Opsie (Robertson) Banks; daughters, Kay (Daniel) Large and Sondra (Randall) Campbell; son, David Banks; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Marie Mynhier of Alabama and brother, Vernon Banks of Middletown, OH.

Funeral services are Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1:30 pm at Breitenbach-Anderson, 517 S. Sutphin St. Middletown,OH with Pastor Arnold Brewer of the Church of God In Jesus officiating. Full military honors by the American Legion VFW Combined Honor Guard. Visitation will be held Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
