William Carter Fletcher

After serving in the U.S. Army he worked and retired from Armco Steel. Bill then started his own Custom Picture Frame Shop. He was a very humble, kind and loving man who will be sadly missed by numerous family members, friends and neighbors. He attended Breiel Blvd Church of God.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Helen Fletcher, first wife, Minnie, second wife, Phyllis, and youngest son, Robert.

He is survived by his son, William Fletcher, Jr.; brothers, Larry (Shirley Sittel) Fletcher, Clyde (Linda) Fletcher and sister, Gladys Wilson; grandson, William Fletcher III; granddaughter, Angela (Dan) Gebhardt; great grandsons, David and Isaac Gebhardt; great granddaughter, Andrea, great-great granddaughter, Autumn, Gebhardt and great-great grandson, Waylon Gebhardt.

Funeral services are Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Pastor Wes Duff officiating. Burial in North Monroe Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the funeral home.
