Bill was a Tool and Die Maker working for several businesses over the years. He also served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce, 2 sons, Steven (Denise) and Chris (Christine) Phelps, a daughter, Deborah (Kevin) Owens, 3 sisters, Carlene Cornett, Geraldine Hayes and Sue Ping, also a step daughter, Vicki L. (Todd) Hickman. 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Bill was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Robert, Earl, Leonard and Ray.
Funeral services were held Tuesday 1:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
