William Sullivan

William "Bill" R. Sullivan, age 72, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday April 16, 2014 at Berkley Square in Hamilton. He was born in Franklin, Ohio on May 1, 1941 to the late Clifford and Helen (Bicknell) Sullivan. Bill served in the U.S.M.C. and was a Teamster's member for 30 years employed with CW Transport and retiring in 1984. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Burton, Janey VanWinkle, Linda Bess, and brother, Ronny Sullivan. Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years Helen (Griffin) Sullivan; 9 children, Diane Bowling Todd, John Sullivan, Robin Sullivan, Clifford Sullivan, Wayne Bowling, Billie Jo Smith, Thomas Sullivan, Eric Bowling, and Melissa Sullivan Hillard; 18 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral services are 11am Saturday April 19, 2014 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Valerie Trissell McCann officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Flat Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Friday April 18, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home.
